Milk + Beer = Bilk? Apparently a Japanese company has decided to make beer with milk read more.
I also found a French Dairy Farmer, who is also in on this trend read more.
My milk allergic child, is too young to consider this a problem. Small amounts of lactose can be found in many types of beer.
