We had a wonderful Groundhog Day. We ate a traditional Groundhog Day meal then had cake after with a Wiarton Willie on top. We have collected a large number of ground hog decorations over the years.
The cake was from Guardian Angel Foods all their food is nut egg and nut free. Before bed we read Substitute Groundhog and dreamed of an early spring.
