I was greeted with warm Mother's Day greetings, homemade gifts from my children, and a CD from my husband.
We usually go for a hike on Mother's Day or a small day trip. This Mother's Day we went to Friends of the Aviary in Hamilton to learn about and visit the birds.
Later in the afternoon my youngest had a play date, and all the kids made more homemade gifts, and crafts at the dinning room table.
My eldest, and husband made Stuffed Peppers. See my last post on Stuffed Peppers so I did not have to cook tonight.
In the evenning we watched March of the Penguins a very apropriate film for Mohter's Day.
