My computer died, my husband spent many painful hours trying to repair it. I was able to update my Blogs, Facebook but not my website Avoiding Milk Protein .com Thanks hubby! I believe I am now able to update my site again, and hope to catch up.
We also went to Petro Canada Park this weekend, and enjoyed the walking trails.
