Kind Food is a cafe, small grocer, and bakeshop all in one. Located in Burlington, Ontario, right in the middle of downtown Burlington with all it's attractions, and a block from Lake Ontario.
We scanned the dairy free and gluten free shelves of grocery items and organic produce.
We then chose our lunch and smoothies, eating in the small patio area outside, watching the downtown, happenings around us. After we ate, we picked up a few dairy free items, many we don't see in the local grocery stores.
We admired the case of dairy, vegan and gluten free baked goods. My daughter picked out chocolate brownies and other goodies, to take home.
Kind Food is small, but has a little of everything, a few tables, both inside and outside for eating food. Everything is vegan and gluten free on the menu, on the grocer shelves, and in the baked goods case.
