Shopping for allergy friendly foods is always a challenge.
Recently I went shopping with a friend, who has a child with food allergies. We went through the grocery store together delighting in each others food finds. We found each other safe foods, and complained about allergens in food.
Shopping for allergy free food, was almost fun.
