What was for dinner?
We had veggies carrot cauliflower and broccoli boiled then a sauce of Earth Island Vegan Soya Cheese we tried the Nacho flavor. I cooked the veggies drained all but a little water, chopped up the vegan cheese then melted it in over low heat.
We had whole wheat pasta drained then fresh spinach added stir with garlic flakes. We also had very fresh green beans.
We are not vegans, but we eat a couple of meat free days a week.
