I have a restaurant and catering company in Barrington and we make many gluten free items. Our customers' favorite item is my gluten free pizza. We make the crust here in house. We have taken the time to make the perfect mix for a gluten free flour substitute. Our mix contains brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, and millet flour. Many people have come to taste our pizza based on recommendations from friends in the gluten free community in Chicagoland. I wanted to contact you today because we have a gluten free menu that goes beyond our pizzas. I am attaching it to this message so you can take a look for yourself. We are big on BBQ here, and I must say our ribs are the best around and naturally gluten free of course.
We also do a lot of off site catering and are more frequently catering for gluten free individuals.
