Each mix has been developed with the finest gluten free flours to produce a nice airy texture (not like those grainy rice-flour-based products some companies make). We have blended delicate flavors to create a Vanilla Cake Mix that rivals those from your childhood. Our new Shortbread Cookie is a delicate balance of light and buttery with just a hint of sweetness.
