I just participated in my first Winki, offering to bring first aid kit, garbage bags and extra water to a fictional picnic. The whole edit and save was easy, but I don't think I'll be starting my own winki any time soon.
Wikpedia is the largest winki. The pages are changing, edited with new information being added all the time.
The Anaphylaxis page for starters used to list all the confirmed cases of anaphylaxis now it does not.
The Wikipedia page on Anaphylaxis used to list FAAN as a support group, not as a source of information, now it is not listed at all.
The article is overly medical but has been updated to include hope for a peanut allergy vaccine.
