Frontier Soups sent me
Indiana Sausage & Lentil Soup. I followed the directions adding precooked sausage and beef broth and I had an extremely hearty soup. The soup lasted us two dinners with dipping bread on the side, our family has two adults two kids. Most of their products are gluten free.
They had this to say about their soups regarding milk allergy: None of the packaged dried mixes contain milk or milk products. Frontier Soups also sent me South of the Boarder Tortilla Soup, you can read my review here
