Join other kids with allergies in food free fun.

Food Allergy Support Group of Minnesota Launches Kids' Support Program, Y.E.S.
ST. LOUIS PARK, MN. 6/5/10—The Food Allergy Support Group of Minnesota (FASGMN) is launching its kids support program, Y.E.S. (Youth Empowered by Support). The first event will be for food-allergic kids in grades K-5. FASGMN is featuring fun-filled activities that will allow the kids to participate and work together on Saturday, June 5, 2010, 1-3 p.m. Attendees will participate in a scavenger hunt and outdoor games at Westwood Hill Nature Center, Interpretive Center Building 8300 W. Franklin Ave., St. Louis Park, Minnesota.

Admission is FREE of charge. Siblings of food-allergic kids within the K-5 age group are also welcome. Pre-registration is required by May 24th through our website www.FoodAllergySupport.org. A waiver and a Food Allergy Action Plan with photos are required for all food-allergic attendees, as well as epinephrine auto-injectors if prescribed.
