I'm new to your blog but I just looked at this site for some Valentines day chocolates for my husband to buy me. :-) But the ingredients and flavors they offer seem strange, have you tasted them? Curious on the taste, they're so expensive I would rather not buy them and then not enjoy them.
I have not had Blue Stocking here is a list of allergy safe dairy free chocolates.

Allery safe less expensive chocolates for Valentines, melt Enjoy Life chocolate chips into chocolate molds
For top of the line allergy chocolates I have tried and like Premium Chocolatiers.
